1. 男子精英组：80公里竞速（2圈）［只接受公路车报名］

2. 大众竞技组：40公里竞速（1圈）

九、竞赛组别年龄要求：

1、男子精英组：18-50周岁（出生日期：1966年6月19日至1998年6月19日）

2、大众竞技组：18-55周岁（出生日期：1961年6月19日至1998年6月19日）

IX. Age requirement for participants:

i. Men’s Elite: 18 – 50 (born between June 19th. 1966 and June 19th. 1998 )

ii. Public: 18 – 55 (born between June 19th. 1961 and June 19th. 1998)

十、报名费用：

个人报名：100元/人

团队报名：80元/人

外籍选手：20美元/人（不分个人或团队）

X．Registration Fee:

Individual: 100 RMB per capita

Team: 80 RMB per capita

Foreign player: 20 Dollars per capita(regardless of individual or team register)

十一、  参赛资格及要求：

1．未满18周岁（即1998年6月19日以后出生）的选手参加比赛必须由其法定监护人陪同并出具书面担保。

1. Participants under 18 years’old （born after June 19th, 1998）should be escorted by their supervisor with documented warranty.

2．参赛者应长期从事体育锻炼，必须具有良好的适合本次比赛的健康状况，要求身体健康，无心脏病、高血压等任何影响比赛的身体疾病，未服用任何影响神智的饮品、酒类、药物、食物或保健品等。赛事组委会有权禁止不适合参赛的选手参加比赛。

2. Participants are only allowed to attend the event when in good physical and mental condition, including but not limited to, free of cardiac or hypertensive disease, not disturbed by any beverage, alcohol, drug, food or health products.

3．各省、市注册专业自行车运动员及在中国自行车运动协会注册的专业运动员，退役未满两年不得报名参赛，组委会有权对违反此规定的参赛人员取消其参赛成绩。

3. All provincial and municipal athletes and cyclists registered under Chines Cycling-sport Association, as well as athletes who retired within 2 years period, are not allowed to participate. Committee will cancel the matching score of player who’s found violating this item.

4．组委会将为所有参赛者购买赛事当天的意外保险。

4. Committee will purchase accident insurance for all contestants for match day only.

5. 参赛者必须携带本人有效证件（护照或身份证），并在报名时签署意外伤害事故免责声明。

5. All participants must check in with personal identity document, i.e. Identification Card， Passport, and sign the Disclaimer of accidental injury.

6. 组委会对比赛规程未尽事宜拥有最终解释权。

6. Organizing committee reserves final right of interpretation on any conditions not mentioned in this document.

十二、竞赛办法：

1、比赛采用中国自行车运动协会的最新规则。

1. This contest abides by regulations lately issued by the Chines Cycling-sport Association.

2、所有参赛者须自备器材并保证车辆状况良好且满足比赛要求，参赛车辆需配有刹车装置并通过组委会的赛前检查，其中男子精英组限定公路自行车参加并禁止使用TT休息把以及脚撑等可能危害参赛车手安全的车辆及人身附加装备。任何因车辆质量状况或使用不当造成的伤害或损失，活动组委会及主承办单位概不负责。

2. Participants should prepare their own racing equipment and be personally responsible to ensure their bikes and equipment meet the match criteria.  Racing bicycles should have working braking apparatus regardless of their types and they are only allowed to participate after passing the pre-match checking. For Men’s Elite group event, only road bicycles are accepted of participation, with strict forbid on any attached apparatus, i.e. TT rest handlebar or kickstand, which might cause harm to participants under certain circumstances. Any cost of damage and injury caused by the incompetency of bicycles’quality or misusage of the equipment should be borne by the corresponding contestants.

3、男子精英组比赛接受车队团体报名并设立团体奖项，车队报名人数限定为4-8人。

3. The Men’s Elite event accepts team registration and sets up team award accordingly. The registration limits 4 to 8 players for every single team.

4、比赛将采取所有组别合并大组发车，考虑到赛事安全等因素，起点处将划分不同发车区域按组别区分发车顺序，参赛选手须在检录后进入指定发车区域，赛事裁判有权取消拒不服从安排的参赛选手的参赛资格，且报名费用将不予退还。

4. All participants will start together at the same time regardless of groups, however there will be different starting zones for every group considering event safety. Players must enter the correct zone as per guided after check-in. Referees will take the right to expel players who refuse to abide by this rule and registration fee will not be returned.

5、比赛过程中全程封闭道路，赛事进行中不允许除赛事组委会车辆外其他队车跟随，不设中立圈，不提供赛事中的器材维护与更换。

5. Competition will take place on a closed course. There will be no moving motor vehicles allowed present during the competition, apart from those of organizing committee’s. No neutral circle and no equipment maintenance or replacement will be provided during the contest.

6、比赛由组委会统一设立赛事补给点。

6. Supply stations are provided only by the organizing committee.

7、比赛关门时间: 男子精英组为3小时，大众竞技组为2小时

7. Time limit for racing closed: Men’s Elite 3 hours; Public Racing 2 hours

8、赛前30分钟运动员本人须装备齐整，按照规定正确佩戴号码布和号码牌及电子计时器，到指定签到处签到并接受检录，否则不允许参加比赛。比赛前10分钟停止检录。

8. All players are to check in at the named check point 30 minutes ahead of the race, being fully prepared with race number card and electronic timing device. Those who fail the check-in procedure will not be allowed to attend the race. The check-in procedure closes by 10 minutes ahead of the race.

9、比赛中禁止参赛选手跟风赛事机动车辆，严禁参赛队员间肢体推扶借力，如有发现组委会将取消违规参赛人员的比赛成绩；

9. Participants are not allowed to follow after motor vehicles or physically push each other to gain speed advantage, and those who fail the same will receive cancellation of race result.

10、考虑所有运动员的健康和安全因素，被套圈选手须靠边让行，并禁止跟风领先选手，对明显干扰比赛秩序的选手，裁判有权终止其比赛行为并协助其离开赛道。

10. Considering the health and safety for all participants, particpants who are overlapped must cycle aside to make way for the race and must not follow those ahead. Referees have the right to stop players who jeopardise the race order and escort them out of the racing course by proper means.

11、如遇极端天气等人力不可抗拒的因素，裁判长有权决定终止比赛。

11. Chief referee reserves the right to call off the whole competition on condition of force majeure.

12、报名截止时间：2016年6月10日；已报名选手因个人原因不能参加比赛，须在报名截止之前申请退款，报名费将在比赛结束10日内返还选手本人。
